Principal component analysis, PCA

The principal component analysis (PCA) is a variation of principal coordinates analysis (PCoA). PCoA calculates the distances of multiple data points and visualizes the relationships among them, typically in a two-dimensional plot. While PCoA can handle any types of distance, PCA can only handle Euclidean distance.
