Mimicry

Mimicry is the resemblance of one organism to something else, typically another organism, formed as a result of evolution.

Batesian mimicry is a type of mimicry, in which a harmless insect mimics the warning coloration of another insect.

Müllenia mimicry is the mutual resemblance of a group of organisms evolved as a means of protection. A typical example can be seen in the resemblance of wasps, bees, and honets.
